Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note: All gift cards are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with unbroken seal, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nuyoubody@rogers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange for another product, please send our team an email at nuyoubody@rogers.com. Please note that we will only exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent via tracked shipping. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once we've received the returned item(s), and confirmed they are unopened/unused, we will issue you a store gift card to use for your next purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refund Reimbursement
You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
